I work out 3-4 days a week so the wear and tear on the areas I train need attention that they normally don't get. I have not found an LMT or MT in training that I can go to for this kind of physical rehab and maintenance. I came across this website while searching and thought I'd give it a try. I'm a quick learner and absorb instruction to the point I will take what I learn and do additional research to improve my understanding of the discipline. I seek an ongoing exchange situation to improve the overall health and maintenance of my body.
