More About Me

I received professional massages as a young teen due to back problems associated with growing too fast. As they helped me and felt good too, I learned in my later teens to give massages. Over the past 50 years, I have taken a relaxation massage course, read numerous books, and watched lots of videos on "how to". Besides that, I worked on / gave massages to countless individuals of all ages and both genders - and have been told by many that I have "golden hands." I find it a special thing to trust someone to touch and massage me and an even more special thing to be trusted to give a full body massage. Having given massages to friends and family members over the years, I am ready to provide the same to strangers who enjoy the same thing I do - via Massage Exchange. Although I live in Kelowna I have travelled extensively and continue to do so for work and pleasure, mostly with my wife of 32 years. Regarding giving massages, I am sensitive to whatever the receiver wants and needs, including where, when, how long or short, how soft/gentle or hard/deep, slow or faster, with or without massage lotion, with or without music in the background, as well as engaging in conversation or silence. For me, it is essential that both parties feel safe and comfortable and confident that the massage is enjoyed and appropriate in all aspects.
