Great at deep tissue..triggerpoint and specific area bodywork (release techniques for neck and shoulders and pelvis. Sports massage/stretching/passive stretching/reflexology.
I.m a gym guy..fit and healthy. I work out 3*4 days a week and do alot of cardio classes. Some free weights and machines.i appreciate getting deep tissue because of gym and being active.I need all the hands on work I can get. I also like to work on guys who are fit/tight and have good musculature. I.m a keen tennis player and play a hard game
