I have strong hands and can give a great relaxing massage. I didn't study but I gained great experience as my ex needed the massage daily for medical reasons for about 4 years.
I focus on the tense muscles and work on them until releasing all the tension.
I like using long strokes and I tend to give Swedish and Thai massages.
