Have been doing massage since I was a kid. Parents took a massage course and shared technique knowledge, and shiatsu points primarily for headaches and tight cervical areas. I am very in tune with use-of-pressure, the breathing of the receiver and the pace at which massage ought to happen for maximal relaxation.
