More About Me

I have lived in west Wales for over two decades. In this time I have discovered how artistic, sporty and caring the community around here is and I am genuinely blessed to be a part of it. I have always had a deep-seated fascination with the human body's ability to regenerate and heal itself. After my mum had an accident in which two vertebrae were crushed and she had to learn how to walk again I decided to learn more about how the different structures in the body can be repaired, with help, following injury. Following my bodywork training (Sports Therapy Level 3) I retained my regular day job and did bodywork as a hobby. I practise once or twice per month on volunteers (friends and family) but I'm rarely practised on. I obviously enjoy giving therapy and massage but it would be great to receive occasionally. :) Other interests include motorbikes, cars and anything with an engine and wheels, plus regular gigging and extensive travel across the UK and Europe, etc. My main occupation keeps me up to date with all things political as well as timely information in the pharmaceutical industry, so I can converse on many different levels about many different topics.
