Hi I live in north wales. Love the mountains for walks and fresh air. Love playing the guitar mandolin and banjo. Also enjoy nights out with friends and biking. One of my favourite passions is cooking. I've had back problems in the past due to work and used to go to therapeutic massage and really solved my back problems. Still get the odd niggle now and then but hey I guess I'm getting older.
