I have some lower back issues where i have frequent stiffness. Massage is the best treatment that I have found. I find massage to be very relaxing both physically and emotionally. I also enjoy giving massages. I have strong hands and have pretty good endurance. I am interested in people so meeting new friends is an added bonus.
