I have done three different courses besides the 250 hour certification course. The first one was a Swedish massage course. The second one was a massage and meditation retreat with massage and Buddhist meditation, in Scotland, and the third was a massage course that combined a few different types but was mainly Swedish style. I have been trading massages with friends for quite a few years and have been told that I give a really good massage. I am very conscientious and sensitive about giving and receiving a massage and try to create a peaceful atmosphere and spend as much time as it seems is needed. I have also been attuned in Reiki 1 and sometimes I combine that with the massage. I hope to find someone who I can do some regular trades with, as I can't really afford to have professional massages and it would be nice to do some on a regular basis, if possible.
