Reiki is awesome! Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing and removing pain from the body. It's touch & distance healing. Also it's light, love & energy work removing dark negative toxic energy from the body. I sleep great! I feel great! It's like Meditation on Steroids but works faster and heals pain, calms, speeds up healing, relaxes you, clears & re patterns past issues i.e. from childhood and so much more.... Just scratching the surface. I also balance your hormones & glands by balancing your chakras through Reiki. You will love it!
