Hi, I have been a massage amateur for many years, practising on my partner first then members of my family and later work colleagues. I myself have had many massages, at cost, rangeing from poor to excellent depending on what was being given. I have very good hands, so I've been told, warm and according to some healing, but I need to put that to the test. I am basecally self taught, but have been studying varius techniques to eleviate pain or stimulate endorphine release. I have practised palpate tecniques to assess body tensions and to attune with the person I am massaging.
