Hi I am a 35 year old professional.
I have had extensive surgery on my right ankle which has created tension especially in my right leg. I also have extremely tight shoulders but am unsure why this is the case. I am more than happy to be a 'subject' for practice as my shoulders and legs require regular massage to reduce stiffness, fatigue and pain especially during the colder months.
