I work a desk job, managing my own business, with family and employees. I have a 3-4 times weekly work out, lifting more this year than any before. I have received massages since childhood, and always enjoyed giving and getting them (mostly from professionals, worldwide). I was a Reiki II practitioner, but gave that up for spiritual reasons. I have read far more than practiced, and am still ready to learn.
