I use an intuitive approach. My massages usually take longer but have longer lasting results and leave people with a sense of lightness and well-being. I blend techniques from various styles, tailored to the individual - focusing on balancing and connecting mind, body and spirit. Each massage is different, as I work on areas that require the most attention. I love to massage - and I come away myself feeling more calm, centred and invigorated - which is what I aim to give to the people I massage. I help manage chronic pain due to various causes. I do massage part-time and I travel to peoples' homes with my table, so they are in their own comfort zone and can relax afterwards without having to travel anywhere.
