Having been in the wellness industry for 20+ years, it is truly my passion to be of service. In addition to have owned a day spa and worked privately as a Lomi Lomi practitioner for 7+ years, I am also a hypnotherapist, strength and conditioning coach and life coach. I created a curriculum for women that enables them to measurably enhance the effectiveness in their business, health and relationships.
