More About Me
I try to follow a progressive weight training program at the gym about 3 times a week. My muscles are often tight and sore. I do some stretching, foam rolling and other trigger point self-therapy from time to time, but not often enough. It's kind of boring doing it to yourself :)
I enjoy giving my friends massages, and also receive from them. Of course I love getting a professional massage too, but for cost reasons I rarely get to have them.
I like to watch massage videos online to hopefully learn some techniques, and I've toyed with the thought of taking a proper massage class or pursue certification. I doubt I'll ever get to it, but who knows!
