I have given and received many massages over the years, and taken notes as what was good and bad to then improve my own technique, with an aim to give the best possible massage. I love massage for its benefits for both body and mind, for stress relief, for easing pain and tension, and for just allowing you to relax and enjoy the moment. I would say my general style is relaxing and firm; good a getting out those knotted muscles and tension, though i can just as easily adjust to a softer, even more relaxing style if required. I like movies, seeing new places, and listening to music. I love massage and meeting new people.
