Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. Have worked as a Remedial Therapist in Spa and private practice. I have studied Shiatsu for over 20 years as part of my martial arts training. Particular success has been found with remedial massage of sports injuries particularly martial arts and skiing/snowboarding. I recommend at least an hour massage. Happy to focus on a particular body part but I have also found that pain can be referred from other areas of the body which makes a full body massage much more effective. My interest is learning more about the fascia and improving flexibility through massage techniques. I am passionate about massage, skiing (qualified CSIA ski instructor), dancing (Salsa/Bachata/Kizomba) and aikijustsu/aikido.
