As an amateur Equestrian (Hunter/Jumper), receiving massage or physical therapy out of necessity due to injuries or overwork was common. Through massage exchange with several Licensed Massage Therapists on a regular basis and over many years, my body awareness and massage skills are such that others request my attention.
