I have always enjoyed receiving massages but have found as much, if not more satisfaction giving them as well. I am a bit of a fitness nut and try to maintain a very clean diet. I retired early from a high stress job so my availability is very flexible. The idea of an exchange is very intriguing to me and would be a great benefit to the monthly budget. I'm very laid back and enjoy nice Zen type music while giving or receiving. I can provide a soft or deep tissue massage or anywhere in between.
