I have always enjoyed giving and getting massage. I am not formally trained but I have a natural aptitude. I have a huge interest in health, nutrition, alternative medicine & healing and massage fits into that interest. According to Deepak Chopra, nutrition, the right exercise, meditation and massage are not only doorway to good health but to higher consciousness. The cost of regular massage can be expensive so this is a good alternative. I am ok with giving or receiving or both. I want to continue to learn and get better at giving.
