I enjoy giving and receiving both sports and deep tissue massage.
I go to the gym regularly, occasionally attend BJJ classes or wrestle and ski once a year - so end up with all sorts of niggles. The main areas are usually lower back, neck and shoulders. Predominantly on the right side
My hamstrings and calves are tight so I would also enjoy stretching techniques too
