I am an avid gym goer/body builder who is need of massage constantly due to what I put my body through. I am also a Physician and keeping a healthy body is very important to me as well as reducing stress. Although I haven't received any massage certificate, I am well trained on human anatomy and have had a few courses in my early career giving me experience for hands on relief. I like a strong massage but also enjoy relaxation massage as well. I can provide instruction on proper nutrition, general health and am also an athletic trainer. I travel between Calgary and Southern California.
