I enjoy giving and receiving massage and really appreciate the effectiveness of massage for mind body and soul. I have been considering formal training and following as a career path for a long time now. I want to be able to practice for now with anyone interested to gain more confidence and to see if it is something I would want to pursue as a profession. Otherwise I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, travel, meeting new people, learning and exploring. Although I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, I do still love the café scene, enjoy good coffee and always seek out the more health conscious cafes wherever I may be, love raw desserts/ treats with a coffee. Also enjoy an occasional glass of wine with good company, food or snacks.
