I enjoy providing massage as much as I like to receive and compliment an aggressive yoga practice with the interaction massage provides. Massage is an ancient study to complete this time old tradition for complete alignment. I am a student of these traditions and incorporate them into practice. I love the outdoors and skiing as much as sailing the BVI and participate in a lot of music venues both old school and new.
