I work full time as a programmer. A job that involves lots of sit time and at times very stressful. Since I have had my knees replaced, I have developed.neuropathy in my feet and enjoy getting my feet massaged. I have also taken up cycling and have been actively been cycling, doing charity rides and races. Getting my glutes massaged has also become a favorite.
