I find massage very relaxing and soothing. It also relieves the arthritis in my back and extremities. I also enjoy giving massage and although I have no formal training, I have been told I have a good touch. I rely on my massage partner to communicate his needs and to offer direction and guidance as to where and how to massage so that his body's needs are met in a way that he leaves the session relaxed and satisfied.
