When I was 24 I stumbled into massage and was coached by a good friend who was an Ayurvedic doctor, learning Ayurvedic massage. Around the same time I took lessons in QiGong, Tai Chi and other massage therapy. Massage is a glorious gift that many people never experience, yet it has so many benefits to combat today's modern world struggles. At the very least it's a great excuse to switch off and unwind.
