More About Me
I attend body pump class 2-3 times per week. My muscles are pretty sore from that. I've found massage is a great relief but it's pretty expensive. I was hoping to exchange on this site to save money and maybe learn techniques from others. I have no formal training but provide informal massages for family and friends.
