I truly and fully appreciate massage. I like how massage could awaken the senses on every part of my body and how it allows able to connect fully with the senses on every touch. When I was in Asia (Malaysia, Thailand and China), I have massages at least twice a month if not every month. I also know how to appreciate every individual therapist personal touch on the technique and to allow it to flow with him.
I'm a yoga practitioner and therefore messages really compliment in my practice. Whenever require, I am also able to to flow with the therapist using my breathing so that we both will be able to synchronize in the process.
As for myself, I haven't had any professional training but from the amount of massages that I had over the years, I was able to pick up some techniques which could be soothing and relaxing.
