I am 55 but still have very active life style. I love to swim, kayak, ride my bike, (the kind you pedal), and walk, (either on the golf course or through the woods). When not playing, I work for a large company as an account manager serving the steel industry, And yes, we still make steel in the United States. So a "little" stress everyday is commonplace I also do a lot of travel, both by car and plane. And I have knots in my back!!! Do you? lol Give me a try.
