I work on my feet all day in the editorial magazine and food advertising business and unfortunately feel it. No formal training but have been exchanging massage for over 10 years. I have been going to massage therapists for even longer and find it relaxing and invaluable. I also find giving massage to be both invigorating and rewarding. I find that touching people physically and knowing that they feel better can also be unexpectedly emotionally gratifying for both of us. Don't be fooled by the age posted - I'm very fit from going to the gym. I prefer working on people who are also fit and take care of themselves.
