In high school my aunt helped me to heal my chronic migraines. During that process she also showed me how to listen to the body and help it to move, recover, and strengthen itself in proper alignment and with good energy. Since then I have shared the gift she gave me with friends and family. I have found that every body is different and you have to use different techniques for different people and different situations. Some people also want different things at different times. I am learning more and more how to balance a soft gentle touch with strength and accuracy. I would love to expand my understanding of different techniques and different forms of massage.
I also just love helping people. It's so fulfilling to be able to help someone feel better physically, emotionally and spiritually. And while doing so with massage is a fantastic gift I also love being able to teach others like my aunt taught me. I have been told I should do massage professionally but I much greater enjoy being able to share the gift with as many as possible. I look forward to meeting you and being able to share that gift with you.
