I have an average body and work in a somewhat stressful job. At times, job may be physical. Often feel tension in neck, shoulders, and legs. I have often had others request I give shoulder, neck, and chest massages. Would love to experience a deep and relaxing massage as well as help someone else relax by massaging them. I have taken college courses related to the anatomy of the human body and major muscles. I would appreciate any tips and very open to suggestions which might help with my technique and touch. Others who I have massaged were very pleased.
