I have been in IT for twenty years and find that sometimes I don't get up and move as often as I should so my muscles tend to become quite sore, I have found a nice massage does actual wonders for that. Years ago when I was married, we took a weekend massage course and since then I have always enjoyed giving massages. Now that I am single again, I would still enjoy giving massages, as well as receiving them and hopefully improve how I can do them. I have no formal training but am certainly willing to learn more with the feedback as I go along.
