As a Musician and athlete I have learned from both giving and receiving massage over the years. Though Not officially trained, I have had coaching and critique, as well as a good foundation in physiology. My hands are sensitive and strong from many years playing several instruments. Hand, arm and neck relaxation relative to string instrument injury has been a long term interest and specialty. As a one time boxer Full body deep muscle techniques were learned, remembered and recreated.
