I work out 4-5 times a week and in great shape. Usually I would go to professional messuer for a sport or deep tissue massage but it gets expensive. I have some knowledge and experience of how to give a good massage. Would love to find somebody that also in the same situation to trade massage with. I live alone and can host in the evenings and over the weekends.
