I've been practicing massage for over ten years now. I am skilled in swedish, deep tissue, sports And Posture related modalities. Therapeutically, I enjoy adding stretches. The body responds well to stretching, it relaxes. It responds well to massage. The combination can be very relaxing and more importantly, help reduce pain and tightness.
Your body needs massage. You work hard and you exercise hard, so you can do your body good by treating it and maintaining it with massage.
