I realize I am outside the age preference of many, but I have a young attitude and working on keeping my weight under control. I have a few extra pounds, but not obese.
I listed my experience as less than one year at first, because there were many years which cannot be called experience, because I did no massage. I began my "career" of Swedish massage in my 20's, and basically I stuck to that for a long period.
I have, after experiencing massage in various modalities from experienced practitioners, added a few other techniques. I feel that my indicating less than one year of experience does not truly reflect my skill, so I have recently upgraded to a more lengthy period, indicative of my growing skill set over the years.
Generally, I use a varying routine based on feedback from my clients, either discussed beforehand, or during the massage. I simply ask how the pressure is, if any areas seem to want more work, etc. I may use a bit of stretching, though that is based on personal feedback, and if I sense it would be helpful, I do a bit, but only within client tolerances. Nothing forced. I generally do not try to "feel" for muscular knots, because I am not at all certain I would know one if I felt it. I just pay close attention to my clients facial expressions, and if they indicate soreness with a wince or grimace, I inquire if they would like more attention to that area or prefer I just leave it alone.
Esalen Naturist. My interpretation of this is more a case of draped or un-draped, dressed or undressed both for masseur and client. Shy is not a word in my vocabulary. I am currently doing some exchanges, and some non-exchange paid massages at a nudist sun club not far from my home.
Friendly, easy going. I'm afraid I am a terrible housekeeper, and at present have a table, but no separate room for massage. If you can host, I might be more comfortable with that. The only actual space large enough to set up my table and be able to walk around it to give a massage is in my kitchen. It's clean, and as my partner is still employed at a "regular" job, totally private.
