A mixture between Russian Swedish and sports. I work muscle attachments. That's relaxing the muscle at the root of the problem. This includes some sensitive areas such as the armpits, glutes, and inner thigh. By no means a "deep tissue" massage. Firm pressure is present. But nothing painful.
