No formal training and while I am happy to receive, my preference is for giving. I am not formally trained, so will shy away from providing deep tissue, but am happy to concentrate on bothersome areas (neck, lower back, feet, scalp, etc) as needed to provide relief. I want my exchange partner to be 100% comfortable and respectful of each other’s boundaries, so will accommodate draping, conversation, pressure, etc to their preference. Ultimately, this should all be discussed before starting, but can be brought up during the massage as needed.
