I've been exchanging massages with a very experienced and talented therapist for over 6 years. She has taught me the techniques that she uses in her profession. She also tells me that I give a better massage than most of her associates that she has exchanged with. Although I have no formal training, I am familiar with the methods necessary to relieve the tightness, pain and stress generated by the work that massage therapists do. It is very hard work and taxing on the body. I specialize in Craneo sacral, Shoulder, lower lumbar and hips and legs. I am familiar with Fascia and frozen joints. I have also learned how to help prevent and relieve Migraine headaches. I can also provide heat therapy during the massage. I keep it on a very professional level with proper draping.
