Hi all, over the last 14 months I have had 2 operations on my lower back. I'am really over the rehab situation which comes with such surgery and have decided no more surgery time for me. With that I have discovered Pilates and massage so now I'am on top of everything I really want to discover the great art of massage, hoping to hear from you all soon :)
