Hi As per my gig ( sound/lighting co. owner) I experience long days of physical and "challenges" stress Thus the need for Massage . I do yoga and exercise daily . I have found an incredible massage therapist . Been to may but this guys the best .So as I've been many times I've learned his moves and love trying them on others Very good with neck and lower back and buttocks ( he finds the pressure points and applies very strong finger to such Kneeding out those pressure points is amazing Love working shoulder muscles and love using hot oil Also good on Legs ( calves especially) Bottom line make ya feel really great!
