I work at a desk 80% of my day so my lower back, upper back and hip flexors suffer from sitting too much. I try to stretch while at work and keep active after as well, but I typically require more massage than my benefits allow. I also enjoy giving massage and I believe that as a society we do not touch each other near enough, there is a huge amount of healing that happens when we embrace each other; thus, I am a very huggy person LOL.
