I seem to consistently have tight shoulders and upper back. I have been a massage enthusiast for a long time and I know getting regular massages can help alleviate the tension in these areas. But I can't afford to get one as often as I'd like (weekly or every other week). I have no official training but I have enough experience receiving and have paid close attention to what's being done when I'm enjoying one, so I'm not a complete novice.
