I started giving massages when I was in high school, friends/ gf's. My sister is a CMT so learned a little from her and her books. I have also traded with other LMTs in San Diego and Phoenix, over the last few years, and they thought that I was a certified and experienced therapist. I think that it comes naturally to me, know where & how to find trouble spots and work the tension out. Usually have to be told to go lighter, I guess I have strong hands! I have no issues giving a couple hour long session, depends on who I am working on. Personally I think that an hour isn't enough time to fully address half of the body. I know that my frame needs more than that whenever I can get it.
