I have been receiving massages for over 20 years and have been given massages at well-known spas as Esalen Institute (Big Sur, CA) and internationally. I usually have preferred deep tissue massage preceded by time in a hot tub. (I have accessibility from 6 am - 11 pm at in the community where I live.) I understand the value of massage of feet, hands, and head/face... areas often overlooked. I have been intending to learn massage techniques and become a good massage partner having no desire to make this professional. I believe that touch is a great way to communicate and heal friend to friend. I am very comfortable in my own skin, a highly educated professional with a very worldly and interesting background.
