I have chronic back pain which led me to seek relief in natural therapeutic options light chiropractic and massage.
Getting a really good massage convince meme to be more interested in learning more about how to do it.
So for probably about 10-15 yrs, whenever I get a massage I pay very close attention to how it's done. I've also been watching videos a lot on how to do massage.
I seem to do especially well with the hands and feet which have a lot of nerves and bones. My X girlfriend always gives me good compliments for my massage.
But I have been out of practice for years and years now. Looking forward to doing it again. :)
