I don't have formal training however, I've always enjoyed getting massages and also massaging people. I have strong hands and can provide a range from a soft touch massage to a more pressure point massage. I enjoy massaging the whole body spending plenty of time on head/neck and shoulders, lower back, calves, hands & feet. I can also help you stretch your sore legs/arms' muscles.
